Cotuit Bay Shores (CBS)  is located in the small Village of Cotuit (see a local map under the "INFORMATION / Location" Tab), which is one of seven villages that make up the Town of Barnstable.
    ~ This village is home to: the Cotuit Fresh Market, the Kettle Ho Restaurant, the Cotuit Kettleers (one of the famous Cape Cod summer baseball league teams),
    ~ Cotuit Center for the Arts which offers year-round events for performing and visual arts, the Cahoon Museum a distinguished art gallery, and active library and historical society.
    ~ The residents also enjoy access to all the Town of Barnstable beaches.



Cotuit Bay Shores Association
is a welcoming, active, multi-generational Association HOA neighborhood of 106 homes, located in the quiet Village of Cotuit, Massachusetts on Cape Cod.

    ~ The Cotuit Bay Shores neighborhood enjoys access to its own private beach on North Bay, along with tennis and pickleball courts, a bocce court and walking/biking trails.
    ~ There are many planned social activities to be enjoyed throughout the year.
    ~ The neighborhood is conveniently located along side conservation land that includes Eagle Pond with its walking trails.
