Welcome to the website for COTUIT BAY SHORES ASSOCIATION

Cotuit Bay Shores is a community consisting of 106 homes built by
several different homebuilders and established back in 1975.
We are lucky to have our own private beach on North Bay along
with walking trails throughout the Association.
We have four active tennis courts and a bocci court.
We are located off Old Post Road in Cotuit, MA.
